There is no directory to appear in and no account to create. Someone you know shares a link or a code with you, you open it, and you can talk. That is the whole of it.

How it works

• Opening their invitation sets you up — nothing to install from a store.
• Messages arrive on your phone the way you would expect them to.

Who runs this

scan.contact is run by one household for its own use and for the people it invites. It is not open for public sign-up and it is not advertised. If you reached this page without an invitation, there is nothing here to sign up for — and that is by design.
